Visual identity for Intercom's annual summit Pioneer. Bespoke particle simulations and evolving bloom behaviours across digital, print, and on-site installations.
Intercom is an AI-first customer service company redefining how businesses connect with their customers. Bringing together industry leaders and change-makers at its annual summit, Pioneer, Intercom set out to explore the next era of intelligent service.
We collaborated closely with their creative team to develop a visual language inspired by Superbloom. Flowers opening in unison, signaling transformation and possibility.









At its heart is the intelligence of pollen. Tiny particles that drift, gather, and spark connection, setting the rhythm for bloom. Through bespoke particle simulations and evolving blooming behaviours, we developed a series of assets. From flowers to the logo mark, shape-shifting and evolving to capture the organic intelligence and momentum behind this shift.
Appearing across digital, print, and on-site installations, the work reflects how technology, creativity, and collaboration unfold together. How ideas, like flowers, can open, connect, and multiply to shape what comes next.
